WEEK 1
Site assessment
We visit your property, review electrical capacity, and propose a station count and layout. Free, no commitment.

WEEK 2
Agreement
You sign a 10-year lease for the parking spaces Ultra will occupy. We finalize the station count and the energization plan.
03
WEEKS 3–10
Permits & install
We pull permits with your jurisdiction, schedule the install, and trench / wire the stations. You don't coordinate any of it.
04
WEEK 4–12
Energized
Stations go live. Drivers start charging. The amenity is on your property without you ever touching a charger.
