Ultra designs, builds, and runs DC fast charging stations on multifamily and commercial properties. We front the capital, take the operational risk, and lease a small footprint of parking from the owner. The result: a premium amenity on the property at no cost to the host.
What we do.
Ultra is a Charge Point Operator. We site, design, permit, install, and operate DC fast chargers — the kind that take a vehicle from low to mostly full in 15 to 30 minutes. We own the equipment. We’re the tenant, not the vendor.
How we do it.
Every site starts with a free assessment of the electrical capacity and the parking layout. If a property is a fit, we lease the spaces, finance and build the stations, and bring them online. Once energized, we run them: 24/7 monitoring, customer support, hardware replacement, software updates. The property never gets a charger ticket.
Why it matters.
Drivers today face dead chargers, broken screens, and unreliable networks. Property owners face the choice between paying for charging themselves or watching tenants leave for buildings that already have it. Ultra fixes both sides at once — reliable infrastructure for drivers, a turnkey amenity for hosts.

Why “Ultra.”
We started as California Electrical Infrastructure Solutions. Accurate, descriptive, a mouthful. We rebranded as Ultra because what we’re building deserves a name our customers will actually say out loud. Plus ultra — the Latin for go further beyond — is the standard we hold ourselves to.
