FREQUENTLY ASKED

Property-owner questions, answered straight.

Who pays for the install?
Ultra. There is no upfront cost to the property owner. We cover equipment, trenching, electrical work, permitting, and inspection.
What if my building's electrical can't support it?
Most properties can. Where they can't, we'll tell you in the site assessment and either propose an upgrade we cover, recommend a smaller station count, or pass on the property — we don't push deals that don't work.
How long is the agreement?
A 10-year lease covering the parking spaces the stations occupy. Standard early-termination clauses apply.
What's the commercial structure?
Ultra leases a small footprint of parking from you and operates the stations as your tenant. Specific terms are presented during the site assessment so you can see exactly what the relationship looks like before signing anything.
What about insurance and liability?
Ultra carries $2M general liability and names the property as additional insured. We handle all permits, inspections, and code compliance.
How long does install take?
Typically 4–12 weeks from signed agreement to energized. Most of that is permitting; the physical install is days, not weeks.
